HOW IT WORKS

 

The process is five simple steps.

 

STEP 1

Please register and log in.

Examine the PRICING page to estimate your job.

There are five categories of fixes.

SIMPLE

MODERATE

ADVANCED

RESTORATION

COLLAGE

 

STEP 2

Please save your files as JPEG.

Go to our UPLOAD page - fill out the form and detail the corrections you
would like in the comments box. Please be specific.

Let us know if you need scanning or a delivered CD.

Click on SUBMIT at the bottom.

For images larger than 5Mb please compress your files.
On the Mac click once on your file - go to FILE - COMPRESS.

On the PC please use WinZip or another compression utility.

 

STEP 3

We will email you an exact price quote including a discount for multiple images.

Click on the payment link in the email to go to the PAY page.
Type in the amount quoted.

We use PayPal for payment but other credit cards are acceptible.
Once we receive payment, we will begin image editing.

 

STEP 4

You will receive proofs as quickly as possible via an email link.

Respond to the email with approval or with further corrections needed.
We will make all reasonable corrections.

If the corrections exceed the initial request, new charges may apply.

We are sure you’ll love your retouched photo,
but if you are unhappy with your proof, we give a 100% refund.

 

STEP 5

After the proofs are approved, you will receive a high resolution file for
printing and a low resolution file for web and email.
